Thanks for checking out my site. I’ve been a photojournalist at the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel since 2008. A four time Emmy nominated storyteller, I oversee multimedia production, and shoot general still assignments. I traveled to China to document the decline of Wisconsin’s paper industry at the hands of China’s innovation. My love of storytelling started when he was 9-years-old with my first camera. I’ve documented major professional sporting events, including the Super Bowl, as well as several presidential races. I also teach a news photography class at Marquette University in Milwaukee. I graduated in 1996 from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale with a fine art photography degree. Besides photography, my other hobby is running. I’ve run 10 marathons since 2007. On my downtime I hang out with my wife and chase around my two daughters, ages 10 and 12.
